• Our Spring concert is Next Week on March 22 at 6:30
• Our Dress Rehearsal is also next week, on Monday March 20 at 2:00. 

St Patricks Day is this Friday, and we have a challenge on Friday --> Stacking Cups!

Our Learning:

ELA: 

* we are working on R controlled vowels (cart, bird, surf, or) to help us with reading and writing

* we are working on reading comprehension- retelling a story, telling the characters, setting and problem, ask me about our story "Wild Robot"

Spanish:

* We are working on blends in Spanish (bl, tr, gr) like "Gris", "trepar", "blanco", "planta" to help us read longer words in Spanish

* We continue to practice reading strategies in Spanish

* Learning about "El" and "La"

Math:

* We are working on double digit subtraction with borrowing, like 92-35

Social Studies:

* We are wrapping up our unit on Iqaluit and the Arctic

Science:

* We are learning about boats and how things float, ask you child about the two experiments we have done so far this week.
