School updates Dec. 9th

Each year, Dalhousie has a lottery for Kindergarten and Grade 1 as we are only allocated so many spots. To help us with planning, please let us know if you intend on registering a younger sibling at Dalhousie for the 2023-2024 school year by completing this form. Siblings who live in the walk zone have Priority 1 registration status and those who live outside of the walk and within our catchment areas have Priority 2 registration status. If you have more than one child for Kindergarten and/or Grade 1 for whom you would like to apply, please go back to the link and fill out one form for each potential registrant. Please note that providing this information does not mean that your child is registered. You must still complete a registration form. To be included in the lottery, which will be held February 15, 2023, your completed expression of interest with all relevant paperwork must be received by February 14, 2023 at noon. Expressions of interest can be submitted starting January 16, 2023. Any references to registration assumes offer of a registration spot in the lottery. This form must only be filled out for new registrations to Dalhousie.  If you child currently attends Dalhousie, their registration automatically rolls over and you do not need to do anything.
